Third-party photos and videos are credited to their author, or marked “DR” (all rights reserved) when the author is unknown. If you are the author of any content and want a credit fixed or the content removed, email us and we will handle it quickly.
Personal data
This site has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no ads. It sets no cookies. Here is the only data that may be processed.
Contact by email
If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you. They are kept for the length of the conversation, and no longer than three years after the last contact. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.
Hosting and security
As with any website, our host processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. This data may be processed outside the European Union, under the conditions set out in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
YouTube videos
Videos only load when you click “Play”, through the youtube-nocookie.com domain. From that click on, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data under its own policy.
View counter and reactions
On the exclusive video page, views and reactions are counted anonymously: no IP address or personal data is stored. A simple marker is kept in your browser (local storage) so the same view or reaction is not counted twice. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@legendzrecordz.com.

This site links to streaming platforms, social networks and press articles. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
